Weekend 1: UK Performance Academy 2025

We welcome the Performance Academy (the top RS Tera Pro and Sport sailors from across the country) to Rutland SC. Thanks to the help of Chay Taylor we delivered a great weekend session focusing on "When you are ahead, how do you stay ahead?". We delved into managing risk, setting different priorities to where you are on the race course and understanding the importance of the basics when linking to tactics.

It was fantastic to see such a high level of commitment from these talented young sailors. We look forward to our next Performance Academy weekend, again in Rutland SC later in the winter season.
